For the first part of my professional career, I was a soldier and was fortunate to lead some amazing people in some pretty extraordinary places. What that experience taught me was that, no matter how tough the job or how inhospitable the environment was, it was the investment that I made in my people both before, during and after each of our little adventures together that always saw us through.

We succeeded – together.

Since leaving the Army, I have dedicated my time to helping businesses succeed in the same way. I have spent over 14 years as a NED on the boards of various companies, more than 10 years as a COO and I am an executive and team coach.

I help businesses and the people in them to solve the trickiest problem of all – to work out where they are, where they want to get to and how best to make that journey. Successfully, happily and together. I add value to the most important asset that you have: your people. And you.
